UNDER UK LAW

1. To book your place a non-refundable deposit if £150.00 per person is required. The balance is due 5 weeks before the tour starts. For bookings made within 5 weeks of the tour the full balance is payable. An email confirming your booking will be made once payment has been received.

2. If we have to cancel a tour we will give you as much notice as possible and an alternative date will be offered or a full refund given. We cannot be held liable for any other costs incurred.

3. You undertake to ride within the relevant French law at all times. Remember the lanes you will ride are public and you may meet other traffic at any time. Racing is strictly prohibited. You must stop and kill your engine if you meet horses. We ask you to please ride slowly and courteously around other users and near houses.

4. If your actions give us cause for concern we reserve the right to stop the tour, in the event of which no refunds will be given.
